posted this in help forum too but someone here might help
So out of no where I'm getting packet loss and large lag spikes in games hardwired to my Xbox and pc, WiFi is just as bad.. I had a tech come out today and he checked the box and telephone pole outside my house and said everything looks good.. i also called them and they ping'd my modem and said they see no packet loss at all or anything wrong.. I still am having the lag and packet loss tho on my end... This wasn't happening last weekend btw.. what could my issue be..my modem is 3 months old i think.. bought it brand new -,- tried diff comp/laptop/diff ethernet cables/ diff network adapters/ diff routers.. i get 1k+ ping every 5-10 seconds and on xbox wifi i disconnect from games etc

But on a serious note. It seems like signal interference.
Is it 2.4 or 5GHz ?

Oh my bad i skip the "tried everything" part.
You could try wireshark and see if there is any suspicious traffic.
