Hey all, Im getting fps spikes in league every time I play, like it will go from 450 fps max settings to like 170, and every time it does this the whole game like jumps so its so hard to play. It happens quite frequently and I used to also get it with rocket league but seems a little bit more stable now.
I turned the fps cap down to 120 and the same happens.
i have noticed it typically delays when something major happens in league like im about to attack someone it will like freeze and then ill reappear.

specs:

6600k @ 4.4ghz
gtx 1070 @ around 2000 mhz i think
16gb ddr4 @ 2400

my shitty laptop runs it smoother
Also turned off all game sounds as someone thought that might be it
Anyone have any ideas? all software and general updates are installed and up to date, comp is only 1 month old

Additional Info:
This is from MSi afterburner during 1 game of league

This is my OC bios settings:

Also windows 10 is freshly installed, have run malwayrebytes + other antivirus programs, no other applications are running that shouldnt be.

Thanks :)

This is the specs for my monitor, I can't see whether it has Vsync and what it's refresh rate is :(

Vsync is a software setting. You can turn it on either in game, Or in the nvidia control panel, It will likely solve your issue.

Turn the XMP profile on, So your ram runs at its rated speed.
