Hi so basicly got my new rig

i7 6700k
msi z170 pro carbon mobo
msi gtx 1070 gaming x gpu
ssd
16gb ram ddr4 3200
etc etc

cpu is oc'd at 4.4 hz
gpu oc'd at 1910 mhz

ram is somehow stuck at 2400mhz idk how to oc it to 3200 like it should be at

when i play wow ultra settings 1080p i only get around 40-60 fps
h1z1 king of the kill i get around 70 fps
arma 3 i get around 30-55 fps

now from videos i saw on youtube with similar setups even a bit worse they all get over 100 fps on ultra

my main screen is aoc 144hz 27 inch monitor and my second screen is 60hz benq monitor 27 inch

now yesterday i got bad screen stuttering so i reinstalled the drivers on the gpu and so far so good

i tried to go in the bios today to see if i could oc the ram but somehow it was greyed out it was set to 2400mhz and i couldnt click on it to increase it

any help would be greatly appreciated

Turn on XMP mode in the bios, It will auto set the ram timing/speed.
