Guys can you maybe answer a pc noob a question ^^

i know its not the best cpu

but what means bad single core speed or wherefor its important?

Can i play all games on high/ultra when i have the gtx 1070?

Can i make/cut videos for youtube without problems?

It's not going to render videos fast at all. It will play games fine with a 1070.

Ultra depends on your resolution.

A 6600k would be a better option if you can afford it.

edit: what mother board are you on

but doesnt gaming needs more cpu power than video rendering? or im false?

Video encoding/rendering/etc Will typically use 100% of whatever CPU you have. The faster the cpu, The faster it finishes the work.

If you go the route of the 6600k, get a z170 board so you can OC the chip if you want more performance out of it.
