Hey so i've have this problem a few times, usually when I move my desktop from house to house
The PC will turn on but I wont get a display on my Monitor. Also one of the fans will spin once and then stops spinning
Usually fix it by just turning off/on (lol seriously though)
Its been 2 days and it still wont boot up
Any suggestions on what to check or what the problem could be? Have the case off right now

Reseated RAM and video card, still no change.
My buddy works at BestBuy geek squad thing so he took a look at it for free.
He got it to put out a display but Windows would never fully boot up so something is boned
Probably time to upgrade

For the display issue, I would suggest trying the onboard if it has one. The OS not booting sounds like an issue with your hard drive. If you have an alternate computer or can access one through someone else I would run a hard disk scan. You can also try booting in safe mode to make sure it's not a software issue.
