I was given a 3tb Seagate Barracuda drive.
When I plug it into an external bay I have, that uses USB2, Microsoft recognizes it as a 746Mb drive.
Asked the person who gave it to me, said he was running it in raid.

How the heck do I delete the raid configuration and get back the 3tb as a single drive?

This does not show 3tb. Windows recognizes only 746Mb.

Also worth mentioning, I used
diskpart
select disk 1
clean
in the command line, and still nothing.

There is no volume to format.

/edit
Also also worth mentioning, tried initializing to GPT and no change.
