Ya im looking for rental suggestions on what would be a good fit.32 gig mem, unlimited bandwidth with high dl/up.

Need to get some sort of windows vm or something on it with teamveiwer. Dunno if server rentals come with packages to set that up or what

If your renting a dedicated server you can install what ever you like on it.

Ibget that much, just dont know id its normal to have a webpanel that installs some standard things like if you want a vm or other things... Its been a while

no i don't think thats normal.
and if you find one that does such a thing expect to pay a premium.

if what your after is vm's though once you make 1 you can clone it 100x very easily.
meaning it very little work on your end.
