I run windows 10 that has it's own "Defender" program as I understand it. Is there any other ones I should get?

Yeah for antivirus/malware etc :) Or any handy programs like CCleaner.

I use Windows Defender and CCleaner. That's all I really ever need.

common sense.
with malware bytes/spybot can toss in eset online scanner.

use no script and other add ons in your browser too
