Build is pretty much done and now I'm looking for something that's easy to implement into my Corsair Air 540 case. I do have the Corsair CPU that has the built in micro USB port/whatever for the Corsair Link (or Commander Mini), but I'm reading some serious horror stories about the software that is used with the Commander Mini.

I'd rather not have to use any glue or shit inside of my case. I want a really clean look. I'm not sure what the common practice for mounting LEDs is? It can be pricey as long as it works. I'm not looking to do some janky DIY project with my LEDs. haha RGB would be preferred, but white is the color I'd prefer if I had to pick one.

Anyone have any recommendations?

All over the place online are how the software is buggy. People say half of the time you can't control the fans at all or they go at 100%. Seems iffy for a $60 piece of hardware + the cost of the LEDs.

They will go to 100% when you first start up your computer since it's software based.

Works fine

Hm. I guess if I get it on Amazon I can just return it since there's an Amazon store near me. Have you used the Corsair LED kits at all?

Forget the light, opt for a more sedate look. :)

Lights don't make it go faster.

/e If you're really into lighting...send back w/e vid card you got and get the EVGA GTX 1080, it has built in RGB lighting on the back plate.
