i cannot locate the disc insertion or eject button .. anyone know?

Don't know anything about a Cybertrom PC, but if you're talking about the optical drive...try just pushing on the tray itself.

I assume you hooked data and power to the optical drive. Assuming this is a desktop PC, anyways.

If there is a DVD trapped in there....there should be a tiny hole on the front of the tray, or just below it.
It's for a paper clip...so you can manually open the tray. Just stick a straightened paper clip in the hole and push...gently.

U can buy a new one if a cd is trapped in there and u break it

No it's not. They are made to be opened with a paper clip. That's what the tiny paper clip sized hole is for. :)


/e Well, if you manage to have an optical drive that doesn't have a paper clip hole, then ofc, a butter knife is the go to tool. :)
