My buddy has been having some issues ever since he bought his new rig. When playing games like diablo 3 or League of legends he has a steady frame rate until something breaks out. (example: Team fight in league of legends or a lot of mob density in d3) He has just recently bought his setup and is getting very frustrated. We have tried updating, reinstalling drivers/games tweaking settings and still nothing. Was hoping someone could guide us on what to try/do next.

His setup is:
Cpu: AMD Fx 8350 8 Core
MB: asus m5A99FX Pro R2.0
Gpu: Nvida GTX 970 MSI
Ram: 12gb (DDR3 802 Mhz)
1TB Seagate HDD
60hz 23 inch monitor
Also Windows 10

Any help is appreciated!

New video card drivers?
Mobo drivers?
Amd core parking patch? Not sure if this problem on windows10

Not sure what Amd core parking patching is.

It's not needed on the piledriver CPUs like the 8350.

Is his rig a prebuilt? What's his ISP?

Yes, I built the computer (have built over 20)
I dont see why ISP would have anything to do
with graphical issues.
He doesnt have d2jsp. Iv posted this all over.

Is vsync on or not?

He also wanted me to add that when
he optimizes his games with GeForce
experience it makes things worse.
