Just got the email from Newegg about it. They said in the email they will update how do to your claim when it fully settles, but here's a link.

It's basically a lawsuit against the 970, but includes more products than the 970 (it includes me GTX 980 TI's - so thats 60$ for me)

Ah, Well my bad. I got the email this morning, and it was announced just a day or two ago so I figured I'd toss up a link just in case.

Damn, that's the whole 900 series and it looks like a lot of the 200 and 300 series for AMD as well.

I hope its per card since I had quite a number of each of those.

How can someone that spends $2k on a computer be worried about $60 given all the trouble you gotta go though to actually get it.

It's about making Nvidia pay. Nvidia took the time to put inferior, nearly unusable, memory into their devices and market it as the real thing.

I can wipe my ass with $30 and not think twice, but I would 100% take the money from Nvidia just for trying to pull one over on the gaming community. The only way to keep Nvidia from doing something similar in the future is you make them pay hard this time around.
