So I'm thinking a piece of hardware has failed, don't know how to tell what though. When I start my pc it loads up to when Windows would load, then it gives me 8 blue bars in the very top left corner,
for about 5-10 seconds and then across the rest of the top of the screen it is very pixelated rainbow colors or lines or dot type things. Any help? What should I add?
I can get into the BIOS if that helps

I'm thinking it's probably something to do with your graphics card. Do you have another one you can try out?
And your screen looks normal when you're in BIOS and it only looks fucked like that when Windows loads?

Tried starting in safe mode, wouldn't load up.
I fooled with it for about an hour because my computer kept freezing and it finally got to run through the diagnostics check and this is what it came up with.

Could be vid card, PSU, RAM or even Windows.
It's definitely a horrible build. :/
