So I'm thinking a piece of hardware has failed, don't know how to tell what though. When I start my pc it loads up to when Windows would load, then it gives me 8 blue bars in the very top left corner, for about 5-10 seconds and then across the rest of the top of the screen it is very pixelated rainbow colors or lines or dot type things. Any help? What should I add?
