Not sure if the correct forum.

So I got s buddy from work and we go back and forth about how when he is in charge it is the "Benny hill show"

I have a picture of us and would like a zoom to his face while the theme song is playing. Id like to be able to send it to a bunch of friends.

as far as i know, gifs are images and can't contain sound....

Webm supports sound.

Another option is h264 AAC encoded video in a mp4 container. Those are standards for html5 video payback and will work in any browser.
