So im stuck between the top 13 inch or the cheapest 15 inch. Anyone have experience with either? I will be using it for school and graphic design

Buy a 15 inch so you can have more screen real-estate.

15 inch as mentioned. You will hate doing any kind of multi tasking on a 13 inch laptop.

I have a 15" dell and it is too small. I had to enable multiple desktops in my fluxbox install so I can have full page applications (web browser) and then tiled applications (terminals) on different pages so I could efficiently multitask.

I'm thinking that for graphics design, I would want the biggest screen possible.
