Just built a new pc, using old ssd so my software and shit all carried over, got a bunch of new shit that I installed off my new mobo disc. Maybe its something running in the background?

I am just constantly spiking in game and browsing. And I am the only one on the network. I've run malewarebytes already, nothing popped up

If you brought an SSD from an old computer and didn't do a clean install of Windows, and more importantly...the drivers, then that could easily be the problem.

New computer + clean install of Windows and drivers = happy camper.

It could also just be your Internet provider.

My money is on corrupted drivers due to no clean install.

Yes assuming your hardware (vid card) supports Dx12.

Which OS you choose is up to you, ofc.
If you replace the mobo...then do a fresh install, of w/e OS.

Well, now that you have a clean install...when you get the drivers installed, and the Windows Updates done...make a full OS image backup. :)
