I need some help getting into proxies and virtual machines, I've thrown money at websites for hosting not knowing what in the world I was getting into.

Looking for someone who can show me how to set these up and get everything running smoothly

Ive used Oxylabs and I have no idea how to input their information on my computer, the guides don't make sense to me and its all just extremely confusing im a huge pc noob.
