One thing that super annoys me on it.
I will call someone and right as I'm leaving a voice-mail they call me back. I can't hang up on the voice-mail and answer their call. The only options are to; ignore, ignore with text, put on hold and answer.

How can I just hang up the voice-mail?

Phone is old, no updates. Likely SOL unless you install 3rd party rom.
