if the pins of the cpu are slightly bent, u can straighten them up and yes it will work

if any pin is missing from the cpu, then it will not work

there are no pins in the motherboard socket, only a locking device for the cpu

It looks to be in terrible condition. I would consider it unusable.

Edit: Sorry.

The pins only transfer electricity. So, if you can bend them all back to make contact, sure.

Have I fixed stuff like this before, yes. It looks to be old and not worth the time to fix.

We do not know the circumstances. What are they?

main issue is not the bent though..some part is already missing when tried to straight it out

If you have broke off some pin's trying to straighten them out, I would say no.
What Socket # is this?

I can see now why you want to fix it.
Do not beat yourself up over this, it is a very common mistake people make installing cpu's for the first time.

All you can do TRY to bend them back to the same height and hope they make contact.

I do think it is going to be a low chance of recovery. There is no magic fix for this.
