Mouse

I would think that it would be a wired, USB mouse and not wireless

Go to device manager -> Universal Serial Bus controllers

find all "Generic USB Hub" "USB Root Hub" and right click to select properties

under "Power Management" tab, de-select "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"

Usually this will help, unless it is "USB Device Not Recognized" which can be solved by using registry edit

Firefox Browser

Are u able to open the browser or not at all?

If yes, goto settings are remove "Use hardware acceleration when available"

If no, have a look at this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rcjYSTnzmCQ

LOL that's just funny & silly

I supposed that u have tried using an alternate USB port

or simply update drivers like going to your mainboard's manufacturer website and download the latest I/O, serial, USB drivers

More likely the mouse and other hardware had clashing interrupt request (or IRQ)

at least 1 of your mouse works
