Windows 24H2 has been causing a ton of wifi issues. If you google "Windows 24H2 Wifi" there will be some discussion with fixes you could try
This one looks easy and a bit promising:
Go to services(Search "services")

Note what these services currently are for you in case you need to change it back(Write them down in notepad, piece of paper etc.)
Change all of these services and start them:
- DHCP Client - Automatic
- DNS Client - Automatic
- Network Connections - Manual
- Network Location Awareness - Automatic
- Remote Procedure Call (RPC) - Automatic
- TCP/IP Netbios helper - Automatic
- IPsec - Manual
- Network List Service - Automatic
- Network Store Interface Service - Automatic
After you change them, restart your PC and see if it stops being disabled
