Is It Better Than 10?
I Hate Updating And Getting Used To The New Formats
Should I Get It Now Or Be Forced To Get it Next Year?

Windows 11 is slower and has more spyware and advertisements.

I prefer 10 but 11 grows on you eventually. Might as well upgrade now unless you don’t mind potential security issues

Windows 11 isn't much different. Unless you plan running Windows on a '2004 potato' of a build, it's fine.

Let's pray to the new gods, and the old, that you don't have that XP machine hooked up to the internet.

Actually working on the drivers. Having an issue with that.

2 disks I have that came with the computer. As I am opening some of these, it is only allowing me to open some of them to the a: drive which I have no floppy disk. Last time I connected it to the next was in 2021. Ethernet only, I haven't bothered to put anything new or replaced anything. Mostly used for word documents and old photos. It is disconnected at the moment for moving.

lz4 means that hooking up a computer with Windows XP to the internet(atleast without a router w/ firewalls & correctly configured NAT) is a good way to get your XP machine and other machines on the same network compromised since there's so many unpatched vulnerabilities on XP. IIRC someone did a test with an XP machine hooked up to the internet and it took about 3 hours for their computer to be infected, and that was without having to browse to any websites or download anything.
