I have been just using built in windows video recording to record my d2r pvp matches.

It was fine for a long time but recently whenever I record, the video is like stuttering.

Any idea on the issue? Updated the gpu driver too.

You sould open task manager on the side to see if your cpu or gpu are bottlenecking. Are you using OBS to record? What encoder?

What you usign to record? id on't play d2, is it a built in software or is it 3rd party?

OBS is Open Broadcaster Software, one of the most used software used for streaming/recording
