Hello,

recently i've had to move provinces and i had to ship my belongings
when i unpacked my cpu ive been receiving overheating error.

it's been in shipping for 2 weeks with temperatures reaching a max of roughly -6 c at night.

I'm going to try reapplying thermal paste and then replace AIO if overheating persists.
Otherwise does anyone have any idea what it might be? or if other parts couldve been damaged by the cold?

thanks

Probably failing AIO or thermal paste like you said

Cold shouldn't be an issue, but if it was humid/damp that could have damaged your parts
