Its a lenovo gaming laptop; its brand new still under warranty I think its just a setting IDK how to change or know anything about it.
When its off, I push the power button to turn it on and the logo appears on screen but then the screen just stays black. I hold the power button to turn it off ( I know when its off/on by the light ) and then turn it back on, and it does the same thing thing nothing different but the screen works.
????
Every time I turn on this laptop I have to turn it on, show the logo ; screen black ; turn off then turn on and use.
Does anyone know anything about this, I just dont know anything about computers really, especially laptops.
