Ello ! I am french canadian so i will try to find my words to explain clearly . From like 2-3 months while im dueling my fps ( 60 ) drop to 58 then cameback to 60 ( i check the Vertical sync lock to 60 because if i go upper then 60 , fps lag spike happening much ++ )

My cpu is not from recent date but not that bad too , i change video card and other kind of thing that will maybe help me . I play the graphic low as i can and while im dueling sometimes fps going to 20-30 huge lag spike while 20seconds so i need to hide and pray to not get kill then lagspike go away and i cameback to fight . AMD is my processor people say Intel best but tbh I would not spend more and more money for the only game i play on a cpu . D2 is my favorite game as long as i remember but the lag is horrid . Ping is 10-20 ( connection is perfect and no wireless , straight connection )
