The audio and video constantly go out of sync on streaming apps
Amazon recommends playing with the AV SYNC TUNER but this TV doesn't have it.
I can work around by restarting the TV but that's annoying to do every week

Have you updated it? Also if it’s in the return window still I’d go for that, seems to be a common issue with these models

Yeah way outside of the return window
I thought about doing a factory reset since no updates but that's really annoying

3rd party smart device is always the better decision.
