So the $710 bucks fail PC they will take back and offered instead the following setup:

Rainbow DDR 4 3200 mhz 32 gb
Onda Mainbaord with intel B760 (whatever Onda is)
i7 14700F
Geforce RTX 4070
Rainbow 1024GB NVMe M.2 storage
Watercooling, 600 W power supply, some cheap case~

Total price $1376 US
Component price from what I could find is okay - I am somewhat skeptical with Rainbow and Onda to be honest...

Would be somewhat hassle free as it is the same company - else I can just return it and look for something else.

For 1335 bucks there is a similar one with MSI Mainboard, Loxar RAM and i5 14600 FK instead - but different seller.

Let me know what you think.

This PC is a much better deal. I put everything into pcpartpicker outside of the motherboard, SSD & Case and it came out to $1032. Never heard of Rainbow or Onda either so can't speak for them.
I'd go for the PC with MSI/i5-14600. If that has a 4070 as well it'll play any game, and it has name brands you can trust in case you need any support down the road.

"Colorful" is the memory company not rainbow. My bad.

Onda I found a video off - Shenzhen company that does lower budget components - friend said that since it's also using the b760 and I don't plan to upgrade as long as it handles the components it's not a big deal.

Not sure I get your meaning - I am really a layman that wants to buy a PC for gaming that will last me some years without trouble

Honestly you probably won’t notice too much difference between the two. If they offer a 30 day return again & it’s less hassle then go for the PC with the Onda board
