so randomly pc will turn all monitors black and fans inside pc will ramp to like max speed, and they stay that way till i power off pc and turn back on.


i looked it up said could be gpu drivers so i updated ( i did have one from last month i didnt do lol ) testing to see if that fixes it but if it dont any other ideas?

If it doesn’t work, I’d try resetting your BIOS. You’ll have to open up your PC and take the CMOS battery out for ~1 minute and put it back in.

also when fans go max speed is it all case fans? or gpu fans?

does it happen when pc is under load or actually random like you could be doing nothing and this still happens

any mobo code error when this happens or just faulty display for eternity until you shut it off?

So far it seemed to have worked will continue to monitor



Random could be doing nothing, no mobo errors, pretty sure it’s all fans could be wrong though I’ll confirm if it happens again, and ya just faulty display for eternity till I force pc to shut off


After I updated graphics drivers it hasn’t happened yet so may have fixed issue will know forsure today when I hop on today

I read and think it might be the power supply.

Need pc specs but usually most pc are crap power supply
