Anyone have have solution to merge Azure AD and Entra? I’m new to this and this is what my Network engineer told me.

We are deploying windows 11 pro and I’m not into do them manual 1 by 1.

There are >900PCs that need updating.

Do you have a SysAdmin? I’d think they would have some PXE server/boot solution for that amount of PCs.

Also do you mean merging local AD to Entra? Or merging two different Entra tenants together?

We do PXE boots for deploying new PCs to the field. I should've worded that differently. Were rolling out windows 11 update to existing PCs.

We could go that route but that would imply everything is saved to the cloud, which even if we sent out memos not to save locally, over the next 4 months; People would still do so.

If we wanted to merge AD to Entra, what would be needed to make sure our group policy will continue.
