I just built a PC and installed Windows. The PC was not recognizing my GPU so I restarted it and now when it turns on it just has a black screen. I’ve tried to remove the GPU and unplug it, I removed the RAM and reinserted it. Still a black screen after I hit the power button.

Sounds like you need to install the drivers for your gpu.. Put monitor on the onboard graphics card, install drivers then you should be good. connect back to gpu. If still black screen there is something els wrong.
