One of my fans will spin and then stutter and makes a vibrating sound in my PC, opened my PC and wiped it out and blew it out with canned air, any ideas?

Get a new fan. The bearings are probably shot.

This was a prebuild, are they easy to change out?

Trace the wire, unplug and then do the exact opposite to install new fan.

Yeah... just like said.
The only thing you have to figure out is what size the fan is. It's probably 120mm, but it might also be 80mm, 92mm or 140mm,

This pic shows you how to measure a fan...

You can get fans at Amazon, or Newegg.com

Just search for 120mm case fans, or whatever size yours is.
