The smallest tablet/laptop that can run d2r in low settings? Suggestions much appreciated.

And why aim for low settings?
Cause if you want smallest we could go to stuff like GPD's laptopt (Hand hold) or SteamDeck (d2r been running on it)
Else if we looking for a mini pc then we need to go for prob APU, i would prob go for something like an Ryzen 7 5700G as this will most likely hold in the longer run.
Going for something like Ryzen 5 5600G would prob land you on 30-50 fps at most ingame on low etc.

But give me a budget, max screen ", and minimum fps ingame and i can take a dive into it.

Main purpose is to do some trades while on the go. Budget is around $800. Been looking at rog z13 with 3050ti, but I’m looking for something smaller. I heard steam deck is complicated is it’s not running on windows. Do you know what is the minimum gpu required to run the game? are integrated gpus such as iris x or similar capable of running the game? Also how the steam deck can run d2r? Does it have a dedicated gpu?

Steam deck will run it with caveats, performance is better if you install Windows, a great budget option if you don’t mind tinkering. This is what I use when mobile.

Intel Iris still buggy on d2r afaik

With a budget of $800, for simplicity’s sake, get the Asus ROG Ally.

Yea Asus ROG Ally is a good choice and most portal / smallest you could get for the power it gives you.
and System requirements for running the game:
