3050ti is so much stronger then both 660 and 7850.

And if you mean 660 and 7850 at the same time, does not work like that.
But 3050 ti is still a winner.
Down below you see a bit more specs on each gpu, and also important, both 660 and 7850 was mad in 2012 while 3050 ti was made 2021, meaning both 660 and 7850 is legacy/end of life on support/drivers etc, while 3050 should have a few more years left on support / drivers.

;)

one thing to keep in mind with the 3050ti is that it maxes out at 4gb of vram, so certain games/titles will require some reduction in settings to accommodate
they are solid though!

Should be enough for d2r and osrs?
Let's say later if I wanted to play d3 or d4, I should get one with more gb? I know desktop is better choice but I don't have space at the moment to set one up

Its enough for D2R and OSRS and other games too,
Even D3 and D4 should work (not high settings)
as D4 minimum system requirements is set at;
Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 660 or AMD Radeon™ R9 280 or Intel® Arc™ A380
and medium/recommended is:
Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 970 or AMD Radeon™ RX 470 or Intel® Arc™ A380

One important notice thou is CPU and Ram.
D4 requires minimum 8gb and recommended is 16gb ram etc.

So the GPU is not the only thing to look at when it comes to games.

And ram?
D4 ultra settings require an Intel® Core i7-8700K, so with that cpu you posted you should be more then good to go!
