Used superposition benchmark the testing and afterburner to do the overclock/undervolt/powerlimit.

Wattages and scores from the benchmark:
Untouched 390w-445w - 30300
430-480w (self regulating ~1.050v) - 33700
350-400w (undervolt 0.975v) - 31400
280-330w (undervolt 0.9v) - 30400
380w (Power limit 85%) - 31800
313w (Power limit 70%) - 30500

I'd prefer something way lower than your lowest option. Are these curve undervolts?

Yes curve undervolting. These numbers are at full load. At idle all profiles runs around 28w.

If it hits desired frames in the titles you play, push it as low as you can, bumping it up when/if needed.

Ended up doing more testing today. This is avg from a couple of games like cyperpunk d2r, d4 and remnant II.

Regular:
average 360w (peak 430w)

-0.94v + 65% power target (what I will be running daily)
average 250w (peak 290w)

Lost average 3% fps in my games for 30% lower power usage.
Also the little coil whine I had before is gone with that profile.

Kinda lol as these were the numbers I would see back when overclocking something like the 900 series. a couple of fps for 30% power usage.
Feel like it's strange that Nvidia didn't release the 4090 with 300w TDP?
