So my mouse is working but my keyboard isn’t being detected by my pc my keyboard lights up so it’s getting power but my keys isn’t working and when I check the driver manager it says it needs to be trouble shooter but troubleshooter says it’s no issue any solutions?

What keyboard is it - does it have an app/software? *Consider re-installing it.
Have you tried any other ports?* One of your USB or Micro USB-C (Depending) may be failing/dead.

Do you run software/app with it, or just plug and play?

Plug and play it’s working on my laptop now it keeps saying my drivers are missing or something

Check the website under your keyboard model and install any available drivers.
If they're hard to locate, reach out to customer service and they should be able to assist.
There is also an app/software for that keyboard, wouldn't hurt to have it installed as it may have driver updates within it.
I've never owned a Redragon myself, but I think this will get you in the right direction.
