Alienware - x14 R1

Hey all - Just bought this laptop and I cannot get past the 'Lets connect you to a network' screen on startup/setup. There are no networks listed and no way to skip or go back. I have confirmed that my home network is working and visible on other devices, and I can see 10+ other networks (neighbors) on my other devices, but nothing on the new laptop.

Any idea what may be happening here and how to fix this? Thanks!

Shift + F10 -> type: taskmgr -> Processes tab -> Kill the process: Network Connection Flow

When asked about what type of account to create, create an Offline account instead of logging in to Live or w/e they call it.

Not sure if you still need help but I have an idea on how to resolve this if you're still experiencing the issue.

PM me if you are.
