1) would it better to get say a 4070 vs a 3080 also a same thing but 3070 vs 4060 if their price were the same


2) what are the brands of cards that are best these days/which should i avoid i have bought evga in the past


3) at what point do i think about water cooling

if price was same, 4070 vs 3080, 4070 it's more recent and near same performance.
if 3070 vs 4060, 3070, performance is way better

avoid zotac

water cooling IMO isn't really gonna benefit anyone that uses their pc for day-to-day or gaming. if you're doing some crazy video processing, playing in 4k highest settings 24/7, or doing some massive compilations, then you can consider it but it's more the hype than the outcome for everyone else. a good air cooler aftermarket is more than enough for most applications
