So the top part of my PC that is connect the cooler I believe is making an ungodly buzzing noise. I initially took the fans off and cleaned them and that wasn't it. I then can make the noise stop if I hit the top of the PC but then it comes back. I went into a reddit rabbit hole and they said it could be the liquid for the cooler has an air bubble that wasn't it. I am willing to pay 2k FG for help on solving this I am going absolutely fucking nuts.

you should take a pic of your computer with the side panel off an post here. sounds like you are describing a sound coming from an aio? also a list of your components would help troubleshoot any hardware issues.

Probably a bad impeller in the pump, assuming you have an aio cooler (as you haven't listed any pc parts), or a bad bearing in a fan, or drifting fan blades.
These are the typical culprits when it comes to buzzing noise, along with coil whine. Since you can temporarily fix this by slapping the pc, I doubt it's coil whine.

Instead of laying the smackdown on the pc, try stopping every fan in the system manually while they're running, one by one, by gently pressing down in the middle of the fan (dont touch the blades lol).
If the sound stops when you stop one of the fans you've found your source.

If you can record the issue it may be easier to discern what's up.

Are you sure its not your Power Supply Box making noise? just curious.

Should have mentioned I have done exactly this where the buzzing is and it's coming from above the fans. Will upload a picture in one second

I stopped both of the fans under the cooler box (idk the name) and the noise persisted. It looks to be coming from here.

In my Personal Experience, I would go into BIOS, and see what the RPM is on those fans, and make sure they are not over 2300 , if so perhaps the bearings in the fans are shot.
Also: you could simply unplug 1 radiator fan at a time ( while PC is off ) and only boot into bios So you don't ( Overheat your system ) just to see if 1 fan is louder than the other, and or if its the fans making the noise at all.

Otherwise If you have a Fan Hub or Software to control the fan speeds, I would try lowering them to like 1200 RPM to see if the noise lowers or stops.

There should be a Water-Fan inside where the CPU is, the RPM on that could be lowered too, just to see if noise lowers/stops.

Edit: IF fans are the problem, easy fix XD

If you are sure the noise is coming from the radiator, and not the fans mounted on it, it could very likely be air that's sploshing around inside the radiator. That's not uncommon with AIOs.

There could also be a chance it's the top radiator case shroud that's rattling, so for the sake of testing and isolate the sound you could try removing that (if easily removed), but my money is on it being the air in the radiator.
You could try holding the case at a slight angle, to see if the noise persists with the air trapped in the very top of end the radiator, instead of the air being evenly distributed across the entire radiator, which it may be in its current configuration.

I've done this from reddit and didn't notice any meaningful difference. My biggest fear is having to take this off and unscrew it and etc

Are you able to change the speed of the pump itself via software?

I had a Corsair AIO and it would buzz unless the pump RPM was maxed out
