Probably on low settings
If you can find a used GTX 1660 Super or Ti, that's what I would recommend for a budget gpu
Can find the supers for like $80 usd and the Ti for around $100 usd
i5 11400f is a good cpu

GTX 1050 TI by EVGA is the latest Video card that Im aware of, that used a PCI slot for power, and did not require a GPU 4/8 Pin Power connector.
Just in case you were limited on Power connectors, and didn't have a newer PCI Express slot.

CPU is good, Ram assuming its DDR4 at 2666MHz or quicker, 15.8 GB should be fine.
Video card is a little out-dated, but it still meets minimum requirements.



Keep in mind that the specs that they provided were on basically brand new bench tested machines, with probably no additional software/programs installed ect.
So when they say GTX 970, they really mean GTX 980 for the average user.

I'm sure your GTX 960 will work fine on 720P .

one thing is pretty bad (gpu) but youtube says it can do 60fps low on d4. probably have dips into 45 and unsure about world bosses, but most gameplay should be 'ok'.
