I need some suggestions on a place to buy cheap ram sticks to max out my ram and maybe buy a updated (still outdated) gfx card

Micro Center - There's one in Tustin if u live in SOCAL.
Or just Amazon, Newegg and Ebay are my go to.
pcpartpicker also lists cheapest buying options.

I have a pretty old PC but its still holds it down with newer PC games

I cant run max settings or anything but do you think they will have older cheaper ram sticks

Also how do I find out what my mother board maxes out on RAM at?

I have x4 ram slots and running 10GB of ram right now with 2 slots fully unused

10GB ram is probably plenty enough for your current pc.
Getting more won't help at all.

#1 should be upgrade to SSD (if you don't have one)
#2 graphics card
#3 cpu/mobo/ram

Ill probably get a 4GB ram stick and upgrade my card later down the line before D4 comes out
