fuck adobe indeed

Whenever a new version of Flash comes out, I do a search for: Adobe Flash Player v xx.x.x.xxx Offline installer (Non-IE).
I've never had much luck with the one from Adobe's site.


As for anything Adobe (except Flash) I remove it from computer and find a replacement...aka...SumatraPDF instead of Adobe Reader.

Back when I still thought Adobe was a nice company, and just got the products from their site. I noticed a few things....'

Horribly excessive resource usage.
Tons of conflicts with other programs.
They constantly are trying to call home...even if legit.


Had similar issues with programs like NERO...so I switched to ImgBurn...etc.


/e As for Flash, I always use the offline installer and disable the automatic check for updates as well. Generally Adobe only releases an update for Flash, on, or a day or two after, Microsoft Update Tuesday.

yep only if they made it to go around the mouth might stop some of the shit that comes out of it.
