Ahh i remember binging that entire manga in one feverish sitting that began in the evening and ended the next morning.

I am assuming atrhur wasnt referring to namek potential unlock (Guru awoke his power then) or Mystic (Old kai did it then) but instead when he went SSJ2 vs Cell, since that makes the most sense with the phrasing "Gohan has"
