Holy shit, absolutely epic setup. Seen the MBL's being posted loads of places... Some of the best German engineering in the world B)

Not quite the most expensive speakers / audio setup in the world as the video seems to claim, it's ridiculously expensive @ $260,000 but that's $260K for the whole system including:
* state of the art speakers
* state of the art CD player
* state of the art pre-amplifier
* state of the art power amplifier
* state of the art VINYL/LP record player
* state of the art current purifier (I assume)

Which isn't too bad considering the speakers alone can cost $250K-$1MM a pair and each of the aforementioned components can rack up to north of $100,000 ... (each)

Crazy world eh.

And they're designed / built for stereo performance, I don't think you can actually set them up (optimally) in a 24.12 configuration like you can with certain cinema speakers. For hemispherical 8.8 / 12.12 / 24.24 surround sound KSS' Snell THX Reference setup should be your choice, or any other professional THX-grade cinema system like the JBL synthesis or B&W CT800 series. or Klipsch THX Ultra 2 :p

But LOL at the white guy feeling awkward listening to 2Chainz music and the system costing a quarter of a million dollars (minus cabling) and the room looks like an acoustic nightmare. At this price range the room = half the sound quality.

Holy fuucking HNNNNNG---- just finished watching Noah (2013) from a file that is no less than 29gb (yes 29 gigs) big. That sound and picture was immense.

Also got my self a new TV-stand. In the EXACT same black ash finish as my Bowers & Wilkins DM685 fronts :p

Finally got rid of my ghetto setup (had receiver on desk, speakers on floor lmao (centre speaker on a box)

I wish I could show you guys just how gorgeous this movie looked on my Kuro B)

Cable management needs work but I'm moving into my own apartment on January 5th so I don't think I'll be bothered to set it up properly.

I've also wished (xmas wish) for some proper speaker stands for the B&W DM 685s (front channels) so where they are now will be made into drawers.

Pics don't do it justice ofc but the contrast is to die for.

Oh yeah and I also use this thing as a PC monitor. 6 year old plasma that's been used in god knows how many ways by its previous owner and used by me on PC.

No burn-in at all.
