I debunked that bs post. Those newbs kept posting pictures of how they hit 5 Ghz on .9V but they never once post a link to the confirmed CPU-Z. All they posted was screenshots with that garbage watermark across it. Until I see 5 GHz @ .9V on CPU-Z's website, I call bullshit.
