So the hd6xx's arrived.
They sound OK'ish right out the box without the amp and dac, tbh idk if I'd need them much louder.
Guess the difference will be easier to notice when I have it to test it.
I do feel they feel like cheap trash though due soley to how light they are and how heavy they are on plastic.
Fits quite tight but I assume they will break in well. Will probably buy/make a better cable.
I will admit the box is super nice.

Technically they should sound better with the amp and after they break in.
Not much of an audiophile tbh, also not as broke as miller apparently so why not.
The flacs do sound crisper but some of my music sounds funny or I get static a bit with a few punk songs.

I always have the 880's to use if they don't grow on me, then wife can have these.
I feel the 880's are far more comfortable though.

Really liking them so far.

Good tight bass, Soundstage is pretty good for closed headphones. Almost feel like open.

Isolation isn't that great, But i dont really mind.

Pads are comfy enough, Wish they were slightly larger and a little more cushy. Weight is REALLY light & Stay on my head very well.

Only listened to 3 songs so far.
