the big dick cpu adds little more but increased power draw
also what even is an i7-5800k? all i can tell by the name is that it's on the enthusiast platform

It’s the 5820k it’s the old 6 core 12 thread enthusiast CPU 2011 socket.

yeah most miners run celerons
power usage wont be much diff either way, it's mostly about cost effectiveness, since you already have it... go crazy
