Not that big of a deal. Also there aren't enough teenagers to fulfill all of the minimum wage jobs. Quit being illogical.

In America they pay waiters almost nothing so if we don't tip the waiters and waitresses they can't make a living. So it's almost an obligation to do it or you're an asshole.

I much prefer the European standard where you toss on an extra 5-10% if they were super awesome as a bonus to the waiter if they were nice, fast or courteous.

Minimum wage in sweden when ure over 18 is like 11 dollars, so perhaps thats why aswell

The minimum wage in Denmark is actually 20$. The average work week is 37 hours. Tho 34 hours is getting more normal.

Under 18 it's 10$ an hour.

Actually Denmark has no minimum wage.
Those are just the averages across all public/private jobs.

Being as your from denmark I don't know how you don't know this.

I could be wrong here but, to my knowledge it hasn't changed.
Norway, Sweden are the same along with 6 other countries.

Thats not even getting into the tax's.

Well not as a law per se. But even working at Mc Donalds or being a waiter grant you this salary.
I don't know anyone who got under this amount
