Some people don't like EVGA or can't buy EVGA. Their European and South American Support is horrid.

Okay? They have a warranty, what does that prove? Their support in European is horrid and so is it in South America. In Europe you are forced to have a warranty under European Union Law.

Umm, I've known people from both places that have had to deal with their horrid customer service. One friend lives in Argentina and he had to wait 3 months for a new card. My second Cousin had to deal with theirs in Poland, he waited almost 4 months to even get them to give him their shipping label. They also don't service Russia.
